Excel Marksheet Manager

This is the power of automation and integration. Excel Marksheet Manager in FrontOFFICE uses SA-SAMS data to create and populate blank marksheets (12.3.12) by batch. These can be stored and distributed in a multitude of ways. You can use cloud storage platforms, the school’s local network and even MS Teams to distribute produced marksheets. Each subject marksheet is produced with pre-set formulas (Based on SA-SAMS calculation).

Point the Excel Marksheet Manager to any location containing completed Marksheets to have them imported back into FrontOFFICE by batch. Final term marks go straight into LRC’s (Learner Report Cards), whilst Task and Activity marks can be synced with SA-SAMS.

They can also be used to generate internally combined marks with bespoke weighting for your reporting and evaluation purposes (whilst maintaining the SASAMS curriculum integrity).

Term4 SBA columns are included plus pervious term PATS only captured in Term4.

These excel marksheets can be used on any device, any platform, anywhere in the world (and on Mars… if they have internet… or even if not).
